REFUND POLICY

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.puranibali.com (the “Website”) and should be read along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

We only accept cancellation/refund requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations, exchanges, returns or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.

www.puranibali.com is an e-commerce platform to buy and sell used, refurbished and unboxed products.

i. There shall be no return and/or refund for books bought through the website. For electronic products such as smartphones, laptops and desktops only those return requests shall be processed where the product delivered to the buyer is not the same as the one described on the website in terms of specifications and/or such a product is damaged out of the box and/or damaged during delivery to the buyer. However, if the damage to a product is caused by the customer, whether directly or indirectly, then the product shall not be applicable for return and/or refund.

ii. Only certain products shall be eligible for exchange and the same shall be mentioned on the product page.

iii. In the event a product still under manufacturer’s warranty (as shall be mentioned on the product page on the website) starts to malfunction and the buyer believes he/she might be eligible for servicing by the manufacturer, then the buyer shall contact the specific service centre/provider directly as the Company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any such servicing of products. Buyers shall be provided with billing and warranty information, if any, and all such related documents at the time of delivery of the product.

iv. All information regarding the condition and quality of the products shall be disclosed on the product page on the website.

v. All return/refund requests shall be entertained on ascertaining that the product qualifies for the return/refund conditions mentioned hereinabove. Once confirmed that the product qualifies for return/refund, the Company shall initiate the refund process. All refund shall be in the form of either store credit or full money back refund and the same shall depend on the buyer. The Company shall pick up such products that have been approved for return and refund and may do so through its logistics partner as well.

vi. All approved refunds shall be made within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the product from the buyer. In case of full money back refund, the buyer shall be refunded via NEFT, net banking and Paytm.

No other return, exchange or refund requests shall be entertained.
